What's the difference between the Adaptive Asset Allocation Report and Global Trends Investor Premium?

The AAA Report is focused on highlighting the key trends in a small universe of exchange traded funds (ETFs). It comes with in-depth macro commentary, and runs a model portfolio based on the four strongest ETFs. It is delivered monthly on the last Wednesday of the month.

GTI Premium is based on a very large universe of 2,000+ individual stocks, the largest in both developed and emerging markets. It is delivered in spreadsheet form with extensive data, metrics and analytics. It comes without macro or stock-specific commentary, and is delivered on the first trading morning each week (Monday, unless there's a bank holiday).

What is CAPR?

CAPR stands for Currency-Adjusted Price-Relative. It makes local currency share price charts more useful by first converting them all into the same currency (dollars) and then tracking the price relative to the world index. This way, every stock is compared on the same basis, and you can immediately see what is beating or lagging the market, over any time period.

What is the ByteTrend Scoring System?

Having converted share price charts into CAPR (explained above), we then score each stock from 0 to 5. 0 is highly bearish and suggests profound underperformance over a lengthy period, while a score of 5 is highly bullish and suggests outperformance.

Our exact methodology is laid out in detail in the GTI User Guide.

Does Global Trends Investor Premium include commentary on the whole universe?

No, GTI Premium comes in the form of a single spreadsheet, carefully laid out to deliver the maximum amount of useful information in the most efficient way. It is designed to make sure you never miss a change of trend in the stocks you follow.

Does GTI Premium include specific recommendations?

No, GTI Premium is designed to trigger ideas for further research. It highlights the stocks that fall into the four categories of trend (strong, emerging, weakening, bearish), and gives extensive useful data on company performance, momentum, and valuation to help accelerate the research process.
