Last week saw a surge in Leading Trends, with 39 stocks making a new high in CAPR and hitting a new CAPR score of 5. Europe and Asia dominated, led by Japan (7) and the UK (5). Financials and Industrials continue to feature heavily. This was from a broader list of 77 stocks which made a new CAPR score of 5.
There were fewer new scores of CAPR 0 (48), of which just 11 were new Bear Trends, having made a new CAPR low. Three were German, and four were software stocks. The markets are fearful of the winners from the 2010s.
